The SegeMax Board provides a complete Graphical User interface controller for embedded systems. SegeMax includes everything you need to drive TFT LCD (up to 800X480 and at 16bpp) with touch panel. It just needs to be attached to a simple display interface board and the human interface is ready for production.  It is based on our intelligent and easy to use graphic engine “SEGE” (Serial Enabled Graphic Engine). SEGE uses the same techniques used in objective oriented programming (OOP) to create the embedded GUI without any additional code for the LCD or the touch panel. A powerful set of objects and a window based software “LCDMaster” are used to make this task extremely easy, fast and simple.

LCDMaster is a true WYS|WYG visual GUI builder for color displays. It allows you to design the GUI application visually from your PC screen using simple Drag-and-Drop tools with absolutely no coding for the GUI design. Using SegeMax is simply the quickest way to create stunning GUI without any graphical programming!

SegeMax-LCD with SegeMax board is a production ready display controller board for many popular LCD panels ranging from 4.3” to 10.4” with resolutions up 800x480 (WVGA). SegeMax-LCD provides greater speed in prototyping, maximizes design flexibility while shortening the time to market.  It is a carrier board for our popular SegeMax GUI controller board with a full support for LED and CCFL backlight control. Also, it contains many connections for the LCD and the touch screen.

Embedded GUI Boards for Monochrome Graphic Displays
Haidar Technology Serial LCD Controllers (GLC-Mxx) are the fastest and easiest way to add a monochrome graphic display of your choice to your product. The small footprint (smaller than standard credit card) and the 64-pin DIP package allows the user to add the module as piggy-back board to the host controller or to a board mounted on the back of the display.
A simple serial ( RS232 or RS422/485 ) port is all you need to interface the module to your host controller which allows you to access the graphic display as an Intelligent Serial Device.
The module board contains all the necessary hardware to drive and control the display. The on-board microcontroller code includes a GUI library, command interpreter and touch screen calibration/control algorithms. The module board also contains a large flash memory (512Kbyte) for storing bitmaps, images, fonts and GUI objects and a 4-wire touch screen controller.
GooyLCD software allows the user to edit bitmaps, images, fonts and design a graphics-rich GUI application from a desktop computer without writing a single line of code! With GooyLCD IDE you will be able to visually design your GUI program screens (up to 24 screens) using a rich selection of GUI objects. Each screen is compiled by the IDE into a binary file which will be saved in the module EEPROM. By using the Object Run Time Simulation utility, you will be able to simulate and test the objects run time properties before even your hardware and code are ready. For example, you can run an animation on the target display before your host controller code is ready.
